Use Your Phone to Manage Time
Hey hey hey guys. First of all sorry for a delayed post guys.
Now you would be wondering how can a phone be used for time management?
The device which consumes the most of our time will help us to manage and save time!!!
Now some people would say no way! This isn't possible.
In my point of view..., it is very possible. You just need something known as SELF DISCIPLINE and COURAGE and nothing else. ( A mobile phone is mandatory though.)
To start with, first you must ensure you aren't an addict, always glued to your phone.
So without wasting any time, lets get into it.
1. Prepare your phone.
Tasks become a lot more easier if you are ready before hand.
It always a good option to prepare before hand. This lets you recognize what consequences you would have to face for the decisions you make.
The same concept applies here.
Clean your phone up. No unnecessary apps are needed.
Though zillions of apps are in the PlayStore and the App Store but only a handful of them are of your use. You don't need every app out there on these platforms ( unless you are an app reviewer ;D).
Keep apps that you NEED not the apps that you WANT.
Now this will help you in 3 ways
Keeping only required apps will automatically save your time.
You have only required apps that means you will get your work done without any distractions.
And this will save you your storage, your RAM and your battery.
2.Think Big, Start small.

Now you have a fresh phone to start with. ( Don't you? )
Now you have to start small. Don't do everything all of a sudden. Managing your time the digital way will be a bit difficult at starting as not only you may get distracted but your efficiency would be affected at first. But don't fear as you will get hang of it in a day or two.
3.Maintain a To-Do list.
Now you might have been wondering that why ti use such an old-school and retro method on your new generation beast????
Now believe me or not, keeping a To-Do List is one of the best things you can do for yourself.
Say you've started with the To-Do stuff but how to harness great results from it?
To keep a To-Do in a proper way, prioritize your work.
You'r first three tasks must be the most important tasks of you day (Yes, day. You have to make a fresh To-Do on a daily basis in the morning.)
Now comes the tasks which aren't that important but doing them will be helpful for you in the long run (Like preparing a part of presentation which is to be submitted after 3 or 4 weeks.)
The tasks which fall now can be avoided if possible. But avoid them at your own risks, if avoiding them may cause any harm then do that stuff too.
4.Limit your social media.
Though of great use, but the hard truth is that social media eats a lot of your time.
Now their are a tons of apps on the internet to block social media on your device for the time period you select.
Now either you can depend on them or do the brave thing. Uninstall them.
If you say that it is necessary for your business or work stuff then these social media people have apps specially designed for business and work stuff only. Use them.
Calendars are a lifesaver if you know how to use them. For instance take the Google Calendar itself, just fill in the details of a particular date you need and everything's done.
You just not get a reminder on your phone from the app but if you use the Google's AI smart Assistant or simply the Google Assistant then it tells you everything about your timeline.
For more instructions, you could head towards YouTube to watch how to use the Google Calendar.
6.Focus on your work.
Doing all these stuff will not be helpful unless and until you focus on your own work.
So get your ass up the seat and go, work.
That's all for today guys.

You all have a great day.
